  • The student who has to leave school due to unavoidable reason needs to submit a request form for permanent leave of absence countersigned by the advisor and department chair.

Dismissal
  • 1) The student fails to return to school upon the expiration of leave of absence
  • 2) The student fails to register the semester within the stipulated period without a reasonable excuse
  • 3) The student fails to register the courses within the stipulated period without a reasonable excuse
  • 4) The student fails to award a degree within a term of attendance
  • 5) The student placed on at least 2 academic probations during the enrollment period
  • 6) The student asked to dismiss from the school for a disciplinary action
  • 7) The student violated the regulations stipulated on full-time system or cross-register to other school
  • 8) The student died during the term of attendance
